I am a very experienced technical expert, international speaker, speaker trainer, and Microsoft Certified Trainer, focusing on Microsoft data platform technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI and Azure Data Lake.

I am heavily involved in the international data community, and thanks to my contributions over the years I have been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in the Data Platform category since 2018.

I host the Swedish Power BI User Group, I speak at several international conferences every year, I co-host a podcast called Knee-Deep in Tech and I have authored courses for Pluralsight.

I live in the metropolis of Linköping, Sweden, with my wife, two cats and way too much Star Wars stuff.

Oh yeah – and I hate cold weather.
